A personal message for people living in Stourbridge's Old Quarter

“I have recently sold my house that was my pride and joy in Western Road. I had initially engaged a well-known local practice of estate agents who promised me great things in terms of service and ready and willing buyers - unfortunately neither materialised! I did receive acceptable offers to be fair, but when the transactions hit tripwires, my original agent had no bullets in their barrel to provide solutions to see the sale through to a conclusion.
