Dealing with Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In the light of recent Government announcements regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic, Lex Allan and Lex Allan Grove Estate Agents would like to reassure Vendors, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Staff that the health and safety of everyone associated with the business is of paramount importance. Primarily, this is a people business.
Following Government Guidelines
Any staff who are displaying, or feel that they have any of the symptoms of Coronavirus are asked to self-isolate for 14 days and only work from home if they are able to do so. We are giving our staff as much support as possible.
All fit and well staff who are conducting meetings, viewings or market appraisals have been instructed not to shake hands and to keep a safe distance from anyone they are meeting - so please don’t think us rude, we are just trying to protect you and our staff by following the guidelines given by Government.
For any Vendor who has their house on the market with us and is nervous of allowing new people into their home, we will happily conduct the viewings on their behalf. Every precaution will be taken to ensure that your safety comes first.
With the upturn we have seen in the Property Industry since the New Year, many people may have been planning their next move, only to become nervous about these plans due to the current situation. We can offer a Market Ready service for you, preparing your home to go straight onto the market as soon as you are ready.
For anyone who is self-isolating, this is a prime opportunity to get those jobs done around your home to ensure it’s looking its best when it goes on the market.
Constantly Evolving Situation
As you will have seen from the Government announcements, the situation and how it is being tackled is evolving on a daily basis. At Lex Allan and Lex Allan Grove Estate Agents, we are determined to continue to provide an outstanding service to everyone we deal with, overcoming the disruption as best we can in a positive manner. As the situation evolves and Government guidelines change, we will update this page to keep you informed on our position, so please keep checking our updates.
