From Whitestone to Kenswick, another positive move

"Lex Allan Grove took over the sale of our house when the bottom of our chain fell through and we felt our previous estate agents were not being proactive enough to try and re-sell, despite our forever home being on the line. With an almost immediate sale, our chain was back on track because of Lex Allan Grove and their persistence to keep our chain together. Unfortunately our chain fell through a further three times but Lex Allan Grove were adamant that they would sell our house in time for us not to lose our onward chain. From communication with all parties, to reassurance, we couldn't have asked for more. We are now in our new home and it is all thanks to the team in Halesowen who weren't prepared to give up, or let us give up ourselves. In our experience, this was more than just a vendor/estate agent relationship as we felt that they cared about getting us over the hurdles as much as we did.
