Positive move for a growing family

Jason and Melissa had 9 happy years with their son at their beautiful 3 bed semi-detached on the ever popular Hawne Lane, Halesowen. As many growing families find, they had hit the point where they needed more space and started their property hunt.

They first met Jamie Cotton from Lex Allan Grove Halesowen viewing a beautiful 4 bedroom end-terrace on the Clancy Way development that they unfortunately missed out on due to need to sell their own property.

However, sometimes these thing are meant to be. Only two weeks later Dawn Hughes had the pleasure of introducing some high specification new builds in Halesowen that ticked a lot of the boxes they needed in a potential new home.

Jason and Melissa proceeded to reserve their chosen plot and place their own property on the market in pursuit of their new home. After liaising with the Halesowen team and agreeing on the right marketing strategy for them and their property needs we went live to the open market. After a plethora of viewings, the property was successfully sold subject to contract achieving 98.8% of their final guide price.

However, as Jason and Melissa and many estate agents and past movers can tell you this is commonly the easiest part of the process. The often over-looked and most contentious part of any house sale is the conveyancing, which gets more and more risky as the chain of related sales grows. This part of the journey can be slow and frustrating. In Melissa’s words “We couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you so much for all your hard work, dedication, patience and support you have shown over the past months”.
