Principal

Lex founded the Lex Allan Group of companies in 1991. He oversees the various Divisions of the company and focuses on a day to day basis with commercial property and lease extensions. Lex is a Chartered Surveyor, a RICS spokesperson for North Worcestershire and the Black Country and regularly appears on BBC Radio WM as ‘a voice of property’.He is married, and along with his two sons is refurbishing an old farmhouse on the outskirts of Kinver. Lex keeps fit refereeing senior rugby matches and this year is trying his hand at his first triathlon.

Dean was born in Halesowen and now lives in Clent. After working in London for a short time Dean returned to the Midlands to start his career in property, working his way through the ranks into senior positions of both corporate and independent Estate Agents. Dean opened his partnership with Lex Allan in 2006 and continues to offer a different approach to Estate Agency.

Dean is married with two young children and enjoys a variety of sporting activities in any spare time he gets.
