Lex Allan have been amazing from the initial valuation back in March to completion. Lex junior carried out the valuation he was very friendly, polite and explained the whole process to us. At no point was there any pressure to go forward with Lex Allen. Which was the main reason we chose Lex Allen as our agent. Recently experienced fantastic service especially from Kirsty in relation to the urgent completion of my property.
I found the Hagley office warm and welcoming. There was a lot of interest in the house I purchased but from day 1 Ellie and the team kept me up to date. The sellers were moving to a new build so there needed to be excellent communication over a few months. Ellie kept me informed every step of the way. I had access to the property to measure for new carpets and get building advice. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I’m looking forward to many happy years in my new home.
