I have been with my property in a currently moving but challenging marked, with 4 estate agents, Lex Allan being one of them. I can tell you hand on heart, they have been the best. They have been very professional, I receive confirmation emails and feedback after every viewing which is great to see. They do go above and beyond for sellers and buyers, they are fair and always answer queries very quickly and swiftly. I would recommend fpr anyone to go with them, save yourself my headache of chasing updates with 3 other estate agents. Jess, Chloe and Lynn have been amazing! P.S. I also got the most views from them.

Well, I can only echo the other 5* reviews that precede this one. We recently purchased our new home through Lex Allan Estate Agents Stourbridge and I can't applaud them enough at the way they handled everything.The team provided such an exceptional and friendly service throughout the entire process. Moving home is always a stressful time, but the communication we received from Jess was just phenomenal and made things so much smoother. She simply went above and beyond to keep us in the loop from start to finish, keeping everything on track, no matter how minor the update or challenging the ask.My only regret was that we didn't use them for the sale of our property too, as the experience there was a completely different one unfortunately. Lex Allan aren't one of these agents that promise to call you back and don't bother, or simply don't answer the phones at times - they look after you as if it were themselves moving house.Well done team, keep up the good work! ...it makes such a difference to your clients on the receiving end 😊

All the staff were amazing from valuing our house to when we collected the keys. They were friendly, helpful and supportive. Every time I asked a question they responded the same day. All in all amazing!!
