It seems that due to the current situation, the way we interact with one another is changing on a daily basis. As Lex Allan and Lex All Grove Estate Agents relies very heavily on the interaction between our staff, clients and suppliers, we have had to respond in a positive manner to protect everyone associated with the business.

Whilst it can’t be 'business as usual' in the current conditions, we have put measures in place to ensure that we continue to provide outstanding service to everyone we deal with. These are challenging times, as much of that customer service involves human contact, whether it be with vendors, buyers, landlords or tenants.

In order for our staff and clients to 'Stay Safe', we are not able to offer any face-to-face visits or viewings until further notice. The option of valuations via video will be offered to potential vendors and 3D Tours made an option to ensure that buyers can take a detailed look at your home without the need to visit. These options are designed to ensure that if you were planning to put your home on the market, we can still provide a comprehensive service to you.

Contingency Planning

Contingency plans for situations such as these have been in place for many years. With modern networking and telecommunications, we can assure you that even in the event of our entire workforce having to work from home, we have the infrastructure in place to deal with this and still give you the outstanding service we have always been associated with.
