"We were happy with the service provided. Both the presentation of the house on the internet and the brochure were excellent.

We sold our house in 2020 amidst Covid regulations, so the viewings were conducted by ourselves with Lex Allan Grove making the appointments and ensuring potential buyers were aware they would need to wear PPE.

After each viewing we had feedback.

Once we had offers Lex Allan Grove were able to advise on potential buyers positions in terms of any chain etc.

The liaison between our solicitor, the buyer and their solicitor was excellent as our buyer had many questions which needed to be answered. Without this support it would have taken longer to complete the sale or it may have not happened at all.

We found the staff very professional and courteous and if not available, would always phone us back.
