What makes Hagley Village so special?

It’s not one thing, or two things or even three! It’s a combination! This beautiful area is home to highly-regarded schools, scenic countryside and has an excellent range of boutique shops, pubs and restaurants. You can go out and eat at the most wonderful restaurants, a personal favourite being ‘The Bell & Cross’ in Holy Cross, Clent where they have a wide variety of delicious meals, with the stand-out choice for me being the Chalkstream Trout and Cucumber Tartare with Dill Oil - Yummy!

How does it compare to other places?

One of the best things about Hagley is its great community feel everywhere you go. The village centre comprises a wide variety of independent businesses who support one another and deliver exemplary services and products to the community.

As a company we have taken part of many local events including: Best Dressed Window, Ukrainian Appeal, Poppy Appeal, Christmas Lights ‘switch-on’, Food Bank Depot and sponsors of the local football team!

Apart from being a part of a community, what else can you do?

This village is surrounded by idyllic Worcestershire countryside - including the stunning Clent Hills which are on our doorstep!

The Clent Hills offer three interlinked hills to discover, the chance to explore footpaths, bridleways and trails, all offering panoramic views.

Clent Hills is home to the very famous Four Stones. According to Worcestershire’s National Trust, The Four Stones have been around since the 18th Century and were created for Lord Lyttelton purely for decoration to be viewed by visitors to the valley.

If wildlife watching or bird-watching is your thing, head over to the much quieter Walton Hill. It is the perfect spot for that Sunday morning walk with the dogs and kids. Take your binoculars and count the wildlife species!!

What kind of houses are available?

Your high-ended show-stopper properties are generally on the periphery of our local villages. This year we have recently agreed the sale of Mary Knowle situated in Hackman’s Gate guided at £3.1M . We have available spectacular homes in every way, with modern interiors, indoor pools, gyms, bars, beautiful grounds - just about everything!

As you can tell, I love the area in which I live and work!
