Some of our 2022 Highlights

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION...

One of our main focuses in 2022 was giving back to our communities. In total we raised £24,775 for a number of different charities, as well as donating computers to local primary schools, providing goods to a local food bank and donating 18 tons of much needed domestic supplies to those in need in Ukraine.

WINDOW DELIGHTS...

Another highlight of our year was the recognition that our window displays received. Our Halesowen branch paid tribute at the passing of our Queen Elizabeth II, by creating a time-line of key events of her life which caught the attention of 3 publishers as well as putting a smile on the faces of passers-by. Our Hagley branch also received recognition for their window display. On 3^rd December, the Hagley Community came together to celebrate the beginning of the festive season. The branch was awarded the ‘Best Dressed Christmas Window’ award, which was presented by Hagley Parish Council.

BEST AGENT AWARD...

On Wednesday 21^st September, 1,000 property professionals from across the UK gathered for The EA Masters Awards - the biggest estate agency gathering in the country, where over 15,000 estate agencies were scored for property marketing and customer service. Lex Allan was awarded a Gold Award for sales and lettings and has earned a place in the BEST Estate Agent Guide 2023.

COMMITTED TEAM...

As a business we couldn’t be prouder of our amazing team, who have worked so hard to make sure all our clients have had a pleasurable and stress-free experience, ultimately helping them to secure their dream home! Across all three offices we completed on 450 sales and conducted an impressive 9442 viewings, as well as registering 5340 clients to help them find or sell their home.

‘LOVE IS IN THE AIR’..

On a personal note, two key members of staff from our Stourbridge Branch - Lex Allan Jr and Jessica Bryan from became engaged and are looking forward to tying the knot this summer! Chloe Middleton from our Halesowen Branch welcomed her beautiful baby girl Ava in September and Louise Hogarth from our Land and New Homes Team welcomed her little boy Max in July. Sasha from lettings brought (not so little) Oscar into the world! We also welcomed 7 new fantastic members of staff across the three offices who have already become a great asset to our team.

FIVE STAR REVIEWS...

Finally, a real highlight from the year has been you’re lovely feedback. There’s nothing quite like reading your glowing reviews. This spurs us on with even greater purpose to keep us doing what we’re doing to the best of our ability.
