We have had the pleasure of acting on behalf of Zoe and Matthew Ling who form the Directorship of Ling Homes since 2013.

On Easter Saturday this year we released the first phase of the stunning properties which comprised their Blundle Hill development which delivered a perfect combination of stylishly presented contemporary homes within walking distance of excellent local amenities and outstanding schools. The development was centred around a delightful landscaped area at the heart of which was a magnificent beech tree which gave rise to the name of the development. A private gated community quickly became a firm favourite with both growing families and working professionals and all units have now been sold.

The specification was outstanding and both the style and scope of accommodation set down some of the highest standards within the industry. Special features included under floor heating, quartz work surfaces, capacious rooms, landscaped gardens and solar panels as standard.
